How Online Certification Works

Understanding Your Standard
We’ll ask you to fill out a questionnaire providing all the details about your company and its current operations. This information enables us to prepare your documentation and identify any issues that may require attention to bring your company into compliance.
You might need to introduce some simple systems to meet the requirements of your standard. Once confirmed, we’ll send you an audit questionnaire for you to complete to confirm compliance. In some cases, you may need to send samples of critical documents for our specialist auditors to verify operational elements of your system.

Certification Process
The auditor, satisfied that your system meets the requirements of your nominated standard, will confirm this and authorize the preparation and emailing of your certificate/logos for you to display on any media that represents your company.
If any corrective action is required, the auditor will notify you, but this may not necessarily prevent certification. Throughout the certification period, you can email us with any questions or concerns about your ISO standard at no cost, up to 10 times. After that, a nominal fee will be applied for each email response until the next audit date.

Annual Surveillance and Renewal
About one month before the annual surveillance audit requirement, you will receive an email from us with the next audit questionnaire for certification Surveillance or Renewal.
