Send an invoice for audit costs to the client, submit an audit questionnaire to the client, and provide supporting documents where required.

Send payment using either of the payment options available. Return the completed audit questionnaire and a scanned copy of the requested documents.

The auditor assesses the completed report and documents and determines the outcome:
– If pass: Certificate issued and logo for the standard earned.
– If fail: Advise the client on steps needed to achieve a pass.

Re-submit to address non-conformance.
